When you become an employee of I-PAYE, you’ll get all the benefits of a permanent contract of employment. This means you will be entitled to Statutory Benefits such as Sick Pay, Maternity/Paternity Pay, and Holiday Pay.
As we’re UK-based, all income is paid out as employment income, which means there is no risk to you under IR35. And if employment income is your only source of income, then you won’t even have to file a self-assessment. No matter what jurisdiction you’re in, we’ll ensure that you’re compliant.
We’ll help you work out if you’re eligible to claim expenses and, if so, what expenses can be claimed. We will then tailor the best remuneration package to allow you to claim these expenses back in the most efficient way.
Never raise an invoice again! We’ll raise your invoices on the same day that you instruct us to. We can invoice in GBP, USD, NOK and EUR.
Never worry about late payment or non-payment of invoices again. Because the invoices are raised by us, we chase their payment as well. Leave the credit control to us.
Minimal paperwork – how does that sound? Never again sign a service agreement, complete a suppliers questionnaire, hold third party or professional indemnity insurance, appoint an accountant, or open a business bank account.
You’ll get paid on time and with a payslip, meaning you have the peace of mind of a regular income. Working outside the UK? No problem – you can be paid in your local currency at a competitive exchange rate.
Leave the complications to us. Working overseas can be complicated, especially remaining when it comes to remaining tax compliant. We’ll guide you through the laws of your host country to make sure you are meeting all regulatory and tax requirements.
One size does not fit all. We’ll make a detailed assessment of your circumstances at the beginning of your employment to be sure you’re on the best package. We recommend reviewing this regularly as your contracting career develops.
You’ll get a minimum of 28 days’ holiday in the UK. If you would rather receive holiday pay instead of having the time off, you can accrue a certain amount of money for your holidays, which can then be advanced in your weekly pay.
You’ll automatically be covered by our Employers Liability and Personal Accident Insurance at no additional cost. We also offer Public Liability Insurance to cover third parties, and insure against defective work with Professional Indemnity Insurance.
No more run-around. You will have the direct contact details for your dedicated Account Manager and Payroll Manager.
